Persephone’s Garden

Virtual Class for April 2024

In Greek mythology, Persephone is the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, the goddess of the harvest. She is often associated with “spring” and “vegetation”. The myth of Persephone is a central narrative explaining the changing seasons. Her return to Earth from the underworld marks the arrival of Spring.

Ray and I are headed to Greece in April (Spring is in the air!). We are very excited about this trip as it has been on our “bucket list” for years. Since we will be in Greece and I won’t be offering a face-to-face class in April, I created a virtual card class to welcome in Spring and for you to complete on your own time in the comfort of your own home. Join me virtually while I am in Greece by creating “Persephone’s Garden” cards.

Introducing Persephone’s Garden Card Class featuring the Painted Lavender Bundle. In this virtual class, you will explore the essence of Spring and draw inspiration from Persephone’s Greek presence.

The Card Class includes 10 unique cards utilizing the Stampin’ Up! Basic White Note Cards and Envelopes. You will receive a full package of note cards (enough to make 20 cards), 1/2 package of the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper, a full package of Purple Fine Shimmer Gems, and all the cardstock, ribbons, and butterflies to complete all 10 cards.

Additionally, a PDF tutorial, to assist with making the cards, will be included and emailed to you the day the kit is shipped.

Registration for this class is open from March 1st through March 16th, 2024. The Card Kit ships approximately April 13th
